Does this lad like me from the bar i go too..?

I go out most weekends with my friends to this bar, and theres a bouncer on the doors that asked for my number a few weeks ago so i gave it him because he seemed really nice, hes always looking out for me in the bar if any other lad comes chatting to me, I was there last night and this lad tryed pushing his luck with me so the bouncer came up to him telling him to move because shes my girlfriend and getting really mad with him, so he moved away from me and he started asking if i was okay, ..about an hour later i went downstairs in the bar to go to the toliet and when i came out the bouncer was there waiting for me asking if i was okay and if anybody has been bothering me and walked me back upstairs.. he texts me too asking if anybodys botherin me and if im coming in the bar tonight when im out, I dont know what to think of him? he doesnt pay any attention to any other girls in the bar really, hes always staring at me and if he cant see me he wunders where i am.. what should i do? hes abit to full on going downstairs in the bar to see what im doing, i do really like him, do you think he likes me or is just flerting? what would you do? i dont know how to handle the situation x
