False information in my personnel file?

You must write a letter to the employer regarding the false doentations located in your file. You must give reasons as to why you want your file amended and reason why the doentation is false. The employer turn around and conducts an audit and an investigation and sends you a letter of their findings. If the issue has not been solved to your satisfaction then you will need to seek further guidance in counsel.
