How long should u test after taking clomiphene citrate 50mg?

I am a mother of three who had a tubligation done 4 yrs ago, desired another child got a dia test done to find out that one tube is still open. Before the dia test I had mentstrual irregularity however after the dia test everything is back to normal.I am age 26
