I can't find it- PLEASE HELP!!?

OK, I have looked, and no matter what I can't find Gilmore Girls, or 7th Heaven. I have Digital Cable (the play and pause stuff) In Hawaii, and I have looked under KHON and I can't find it. PLEASE HELP!!!
