Most definitely, it is something that costs a lot and is priceless in value later on as the benefits are reaped. If everyoone could get a great education then it wouldn't be a big deal. But the fact is a person has to be a combination of very hard working, and a bit lucky to get a great education. It is a commodity that is getting more and more rare.
