What is the movie/scene with the teleprompter/anchorman? Not sure if it's Ron Burgundy?

In this one movie I remember, there was just one scene that sticks out in my mind... it's either the one scene I CAN'T remember in Anchorman, or it's from another movie that had a similar situation. Either way, one anchorman is reading off of a teleprompter, and someone starts messing with what it says in the middle of it. Part of the way through, two people get in a fight and flail all over the keyboard, causing him to babble incoherant gibberish when the letters are smashed repeatedly. That's the only reason I don't remember if it's Aanchorman - as far as messing-with-the-teleprompter-scenes go, I can only remember the "I'm ron burgundy?" and "go f*** yourself, san diego." so I'm not sure what I'm thinking of. I don't want to spend the money to rent the movie just to get that one scene out of my head... it's bugging me so much! Anyone know for sure?
