Does hay bales weigh more now? than 10-15 years ago?

You are cracking me up! They can even change in the same load. Farmers machinery works differently as well, types of hay , amount of moisture ,how it gets bundled etc etc etc. No two bales are the same. So now you can feel better , you may have gotten a little weaker, but most likely its all about the difference in the hay.
