Colorado Emanipation of a Minor?

my boyfriend is living with severly abusive parents who constantly blame him for everything. he was in foster care for about 6 months but was then sent home. although his parents to not physically abuse him anymore, they're constantly abusing him mentaly and emotionally. He's 17 and will be graduating in May. He'll be 18 in august but wants to get out now. How possible will it be for him to get emancipated? His mom has a 3rd degree ault charge pending.
