Could I have Gastric Erosion and Coeliac Disease together?

I recently had an Endoscopy, it showed Gastric Erosion. Then I got a letter to say that there was evidence of Coeliac Disease from the Biopsy. Does that mean I have both? Waiting for blood test confirmation of the Coeliac Disease. I've cut out wheat, but anything with a large amount of fat in really hurts, so does citric fruit and soya. So, I'm just eating bio yoghurt and bananas and melon at the moment!
