Ebay seller with good feedback hasn't replied to my message?

I'm a seller so i know what i should do and what i shouldn't do. This is a disgrace, while he's off on some vacation you're stuck waiting for him, i suggest you ruin his 100% feed back by giving him a negative point for bad communication, but make sure he gives you positive feedback first.
