How can i end my poor dogs suffering?

I'm so sorry to hear about your lost and your attachment with your dog. Have you ask the vet for any type of pain medication you could give her? I'm sure you would be able to find something to stop her pain and help her recover a little better. I'm not a vet but because she is old that could be harder for her to cope with her situation. Is she bleeding? and where? how much? also has she lost her apatite? (could be a sign of depression)
