Moving into a new apartment and we already signed the lease. Bait and switch. What are my options?

It sounds to me as though you may want to get yourn money back and look into some other Apts cause I don't think that's right They are suppose to paint and clean the damn thing before they try to rent it again. And if not then as the tentant you have the right to break your lease.Look in the tentant landlord book and it should tell you what to do
