My mom is dying and i cant seem to get any help, can some please tell me what i can do to help her?

I was wondering if anyone out there new what i can do to help my momma, My mom has a condition called RSD / CRPS and 13 years ago she had to have a surgery to have a morphine infusion pump put in her body. She was having to travel outside the state to have the pump maintained and it has taking its toll, now she no longer has the funds or the insurance to do that anymore. I found a doctor in our state that can take care of the pump and now the doctors hands are tied do to Medicaid. If she had medicare they would pay for it, however she doesn't qualify for medicare. My momma lives on her SSI check and has no money to be able to pay for the expense of the pump and another surgery. The doctor she seen yesterday told her that the batteries in her pump are way over there life expectancy and could stop at anytime, if that was to happen she would die a very painful death due to the fact she has had morphine running through her veins for so long! Please can someone help me save my momma's life i cant lose her and i have tried every resource i can think of in the state of Mississippi and no one can help me........ please i am desperate
