Sure I would, casual touching is an excellent way of flirting! I'm not sure how long the handshake would be, but I would firmly grasp his or her hand in a confident manner! Not to hard, but just enough so they know I am not intimidated by then, then I would look long fully into there eyes and smile in a seductive sweet sure smile, (my flirtatious smile) to let them know further that I am interested!
