Is the Subrosa Salvador 2010 bike any good?

I was thinking about get the 2010 Stolen Wrap bike. I searched it on Google and found out on one website that many people said the frame snaps. So my only choice was to go to the Salvador. I need your guys opinion on the 2010 Salvador.
