What degree should i get?

I am a 21 year old mother of 2 children and have no idea what to do but I am getting disgusted with myself sitting here doing nothing! I am too indecisive to decide what degree to pursue. All I know is I would like it to be fairly quick and good pay because one of my children has special needs and is quite expensive to support. I am not good at any trade. And really have no interests besides helping others but nursing is out of the question. I only have my GED. I did very well in english and math while in school and my GED scores were also highest in those subjects. So please tell me what you think I should do and/or how you figured out what you were going to do. Thank you very much =]
