What do you rate higher----sensual "pleasures"or celebral ones ?And why???

Neither is higher or more important. We're both mental and physical creatures, and if we ignore one dimension of life in favor of the other, we won't be very happy. Also, sensual pleasures can overlap with cerebral ones sometimes.
