Amendments to Philippine Constitution voting 2/3 by the Senate & House of Rep. JOINTLY or SEPARATELY?

For a amendment to be done, should it p 2/3 votes from the Senate & ANOTHER 2/3 votes from the House of Representatives or 2/3 votes JOINTLY from the two? Please help.
