Was my suspension fair?

A few weeks ago, I had a Y!A account suspended. In the notice email I received, it merely informed I was suspended, and did not state the content I was suspended for, or the reason this content got me suspended. I immediately contacted Y!A and asked for the content so I could decide whether or not to appeal the suspension or not, and they never replied to me. Do you think it's far I could be suspended without Y!A providing evidence as to why, or giving me a chance to appeal it? I just brought this issue back up with customer care as well.
