Wife Problems! Someone help please!?

Okay the past month my wife told me that she has been unhappy for the last two years, yet we got married 4/2010 last year, and she seemed happy. She complained to me about me being overly jealous, and controlling. When I first got with her, she knew how I was, I checked her e-mail, she didn't care, I knew where she was most of the time, and we spent most of our time together hanging out playing bingo, playing pool, going to the movies, having great , she used to be a freak, but not no more. When she told me about a month ago that she was falling out of love with me and she was unhappy for for 2 years even though we got married? How does this work? Seriously? Now she is telling me she needs time away, and gets irritated over the simplest of questions Example: I walk in from smoking a while ago, and we have a townhouse and when I was smoking I heard the neighbor peeing by his patio, and I came in and told her and ask what she thought, and she said she didn't care, and I said what if he was peeing 5 feet from you, and she said it wouldn't bother me if I didn't see him do it, but if I heard it it wouldn't bother me! And she got all irate and starting being really mean and cruel, that's one example. Lately she's been acting strange, not wanting to hold my hand during , pulling away from me, when I sit by her, she scoots over as far as she can to get as far away from me as possible.Locking the door when she showers but she never did that before! She works three 12 hour shifts a week but has 4 days off work, and she sleeps at least 10 hours a day, and she still says she needs space and time away! She's been neglecting the kids needs, and not giving them attention like she used to, and everything she used to do, she now thinks it's corny! Like we went to go eat tonight at Sherri's and she always used to collect memorabilia almost everywhere we went, and I said "Why don't you take a napkin to remember this, after all you spent 45 dollars, so why not remember it" She said "That's Corny, I used to do that, but you didn't like it". Also she has a job and she is a caregiver, and we need more money, and her work is hiring, so I said I applied at your work and got an interview and she freaked the hell out! And told me how that would mess up her getting advanced to a better position within the company, but she also stated that there are a lot of married couples that live there! Today after we got back from Sherri's she said" I hate you, I wish I could kill you" I was like WTF! Please someone help me understand what the FU*K is going on with her! One moment she acts like she used to the next moment she'll act all cold and mean, and wicked! She doesn't care anymore, only about herself, I need help understanding what is going on!
